- Users are able to create an incident with type "Very Serious".
- Load the "OHS Listing Report", the filter for "Incident Type" does not show "Very Serious".
Also, there are system dropdowns like the "Employee Status", these should be editable. |

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 11.0.0605 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - System dropdowns are now read-only. Users can still edit the description and value of the dropdown. The dropdown code is not editable.
- Changed report parameter lookups to use dropdown values.
