Link AssetManager is a Web Based Asset Management application that provides complete recording and reporting on a companies fixed assets. Link Asset Management provides a central repository for storing and retrieving your asset records, allowing you to quickly look up information about a specific asset or group of assets.

Some important notes:
- This system is web based running on IIS7 and SQL2008R2 Back end.
- It is directly integrated to JIWA so any depreciations or activities flow into JIWA as soon as they happen in Asset management
- Reports are running on Crystal Reports Engine 13.0.1 – so popup's need to be enabled for you to be able to print crystal reports directly to your printer.

The system has an administration section that you do not see with this login. All the pages are user customisable (page titles and content). Customers usually use this to personalise their setup and add in Specific User Procedures

Price is AUD960 + GST per licence. Usually you would need only one licence. If you need more, let me know and we will work out a special price.
You will need a web server running IIS7 and SQL2008. (SQL Express will also work)
Implementation can be done remotely and usually takes 2 days (Add 1 day for data conversion). We have an Excel Upload feature for loading large volumes of assets.
