Subject: Add the ability to select a document template for Automated and Scheduled reports
Summary:    

The current design allows 1 document template to be used for each report. This is set at a global level. Users using multi company can set 1 template per report.

By adding a document template to report schedule, we can create emails based on each schedule.

  1. Report schedule without "document template" and confirm the report maintenance template is used
  2. Report schedule with "document template" and verify that the selected template is used

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. We have added document template to report schedule maintenance form
  2. If a document template is not selected, the document defined in the report maintenance is used.
