1. Explain the issue

Icons on all Payroll and HR screens disappear after viewing an attachment in Backoffice.

2. Steps to reproduce
  1. Navigate to menu 402.
  2. Attach a file.
  3. View the file.
  4. Close the menu.
  5. Open menu 402 again
  6. Open any HR or Payroll menus, icons are not visible. Open menu 316-5.

Notes:

  1. This is an issue in version 949.
  2. Clients on site need to log out and log in to see the icons.
  3. Requesting for an update.

The change will be available in version: 10 beta6

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed back-office attachment to reset the application directory after an attachment is saved.
  2. Changed Company Logo upload to reset the application directory
  3. Changed Employee Photo upload to reset the application directory

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. After an attachment is saved, the application directory changes to the folder where the user chose the file. This caused icons to disappear.
