Hi Sanjay,

Multiple Account Payment is printed on the "Default Printer" rather than the printers under "Printer Assignment".

Steps to Replicate

  1. Set the printer as "Microsoft XPS Document Writer"under "Printer Assignment"
  2. The default printer is set as "HP LaserJet M3027".
  3. Perform a multi-account payment of $10.00 and allocate to customer 0002.
  4. Receipt is printed on the "HP LaserJet M3027" printer.

Hi Sanjay,

Please correct the printer for multi-account payment.

Single Account payment prints on printer assigned to "Credit". Multi-Account payment should also print on printer assigned to "Credit"

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Corrected print allocation for Multi Account Payment

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Printer allocation for Multi Account payment was not set, therefore the default printer was used.
