Subject: Void "Product Matrix" are loaded in the "Product Matrix Details"
Summary:    

Steps to Replicate

  1. In LinkWeb go to "Inventory --> Product Matrix --> KS01".
  2. Delete the color code "Blue". This voids the record.
  3. Create a new product with matrix KS01.
  4. Create an Inventory Adjustment for the item, in the "Product Matrix Details" color blue exist.

The issue is also on the Stocktake, transfer and PO screen

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.4.1029

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Corrected Backoffice "Stock Adjustment", "Stock Take", "Transfer" and "Purchase Order" screens to filter Void records for Product Matrix.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Stock Adjustment
  2. Stock Take
  3. Transfer
  4. Purchase Order

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Product matrix codes that were void was not filtered in "Stock Adjustment", "Stock Take", "Transfer" and "Purchase Order" screens
