We did a Team Viewer meeting with Nirupa and worked on the case. The following was done;- Generated Report with the following filters;
- Payrun ID
- Show Details - Y/N
- Data displayed on the summary section - Report Totals for All Pay Codes - Yes
- Generated Report with the following filters;
- Payrun ID
- Group By 1: Cost Centre
- Show Details - Y/N
- Data displayed on the summary section - Report Totals for All Pay Codes - No
We have advised Nirupa that we will get our technical team to diagnose further and advise.
