The customer is trying to generate a Customer Balance LIsting report as of 31.03.2021 but does not see the option of choosing a date prior to today

Hi Sanjay, Requesting fox on Version 13.030923 for the following clients:

  1. Nayan Supermarket - 5 Sites more than 30 POs machines - A week's effort to upgrade plus every upgrade needs to be done after 10.00 pm.
  2. Go Fry Pte Limited - A day's effort to upgrade. HAve to upgrade after 10 pm.
  3. Daud's Investment - 1 Hour.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:13.11.1015

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. When the FROM date is not used in a report, the default value is set to 01/01/1900. This allows the "TO DATE" to go as far back as needed

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Reports where the FROM Date is not used, while the TO date is required.

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. A new feature was added in V13 where the To date is guided by the From date to improve user experience.

Please note: This change requires updates to the Installed Web Site file, therefore an installation is required. Copy and Past files cannot be used in this instance as this will violate security compliance and render the pasted files a risk to anti-virus and IPS systems.
