Summary:    

Add a rule to prevent customer updates from parent server to child

 This rule is dependent on rule R1080.

When saving rule "Prevent customer updates" check for rule "R1080" and raise error "Rule R1080 must be enabled for this rule to be active"

When rule R1080 is disabled, we also disable "Prevent customer updates" rule.

Rename rule descriptions from "Disallow" to "Do NOT send"

  1. Added rule R1081 Do NOT send "Customer master file" from HEAD OFFICE (parent) to BRANCH (child) (Dependant on R1080)
  2. Changed POS rules SELECT and UPDATE to use procedures
