Issue

Users create a prescription and they tend to change the Unit Price by clicking the Unit Price checkbox. When the second Medication is added, the Unit price is not populated even when the dispensed amount is filled.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a Prescription
2. Fill Dispensed Amount
3. Tick Unit Price checkbox and change Unit Price
4. Click on Save
5. Add second medication.
6. Enter the dispensed amount.
7. The Unit Price checkbox is already ticked from the first medicine. However, the price reads 0. Users is required to untick the checkbox to view the price.

Prescription screen changes:

1. When New is clicked Unit price and Admin fee checkbox is unticked
2. When "Add Medication" is clicked unit price checkbox is unticked
