Hi Rashna,

As discussed on the call, the following issue exists in the GL report in version 11:
  1. The summary does not include the financial dimensions( these are the same as that at the employee level but summarized).

This is an update from our team.
  1. The summary does not include the financial dimensions( these are the same as that at the employee level but summarized). - As per conversations over the call , we need clarification of the financial dimensions on the GL report. This request was not highlighted in the initial design for GL integration. We need to review which GL accounts should print the dimensions and where in LinkSOFT are the dimensions stored.

We had a discussion with Jessica and below is the update;

Version 10.151 Output
In version 10.151 the GL Integration report shows the Summary of GL Transactions grouped by the Financial Dimensions as shown in Fig 1 below;

Version 11.5 Output
In version 11.5 the GL Integration report does not group the Financial Dimensions in the Summary of GL Transactions as shown in Fig 2 below;

Hi Sanjay, 

As per the GTM session, the GL Integrations summary should group  GL Transactions by segments.

  1. The data in the report is customised for Coca Cola.
  2. Segments for the report are saved under :
    1. Employee Maintenance - Additional Fields
    2. Pay Code - Additional Fields

I am unable to generate the "GL Integrated Report". Tested in client and demo database.

Error - Missing Parameter Values

Generate the GL Integration Report and validate that the GL Summary list shows the GL code with defined segments in format GL-TT-TP-LOC-CC-SA-PC 

The segments are printed but the layout is not aligned. 

For example, 030 on the report is the "PC" segment but the data is printed under "Line Description". Refer to Figure 1.
