Subject: Unable to search for "Assets" in the "Search form" for asset reports in LinkWeb.
Summary:    

Steps to Replicate

  1. Host "Demo" LinkWeb.
  2. Navigate to reports and load the "Asset Journal" report. 
  3. Click on the "Look Up" button for "Asset From" filter. Type "A019" in the text field next to the "Search Button"  and click the "Search Button". 
  4. The search is not filtered. Both searches by "code" and "description" fails.

  1. Changed all FMS report scripts to use the standard lookup function. This framework has a search capability.

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Search functionality was not implemented on Asset reports
