Summary:    

Objectives: The objectives of the Appraisal Summary & Bonus Calculation Report are to give an overview percentage overall performance and bonus calculation for an employee 

Description:

While doing a test for generating ½ yearly appraisal for a particular staff from January to December, the appraisal was successfully generated. After inputting the score for Employee, Manager and close appraisal to generate the 2 reports, the report is hardcoded with Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. 

  1. The request is to design the report to be flexible. 

  2. If the appraisal is generated into Quarters, then in the 2 reports it should show overall scores for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. 

  3. If the appraisal is generated into ½ yearly then the 2 reports should show the overall score for 1st Half and 2nd Half and the correct Average score.

Hi Aarti, we will need to include this in the next release as the current build is in release testing.

As advised earlier, given we are at the end of the year, it will be difficult to rush this through. I will have a release date after 13.11 is published.

Hi Aarti, we have used all 15 parameters in the report "Bonus Calculation Report"

I need to remove the last parameter named "Search" Can you discuss this with the client and confirm or is there another parameter I can replace?
