Subject: Add "Pay Team" filter on all the leave reports.
Summary:    

Dear Development Team,

With reference to customer case: 5581, Danam required a "Pay Team" filter to generate employees leave balance by pay team.

The filter should be a part of all the three leave reports:

  • Leave Balance
  • Leave Liability
  • Leave Transaction

They need this because the payroll team could like to pull balances per pay team to making reporting easy. Currently these reports generate by employee and when filtered by a particular period, all employee's data is pulled.

Test Plan

  1. There should be a Pay team filter on the Leave Balance, Leave liability and Leave transaction report.
  2. Users should be ale to select the Pay Team to generate the report. Ensure users can search for the pay team.
  3. The content of the report should be based on the selected Pay team
  4. New pay team created should be automatically added to the pay team drop down list
