Step 1. Select Create a new user from System Administration tab. The following screen will appear
Note: Fill in all the required field and click on Create User
Step 2. Select User Maintenance from System Administration tab. Locate the user created in Step 1 and Click on Edit Icon.
Step 3. Enter the details such as Name, Company, Phone, Mobile, Reference, etc.
Step 4. Click on the Role tab from the Edit User Maintenance page and assign appropriate roles.
Role Type:
- Administrator – Has rights to upload documents in the download tab and also has rights to Administrative Tab
- Manager –Has access to approve time entries
- Leave Manager – Has the access over the Leave management for the employees, that is has access to the leave approval screen.
- Reports – Has access to view reports
- User- Every role type is a user by default (Has the access to only view its own profile).
Step 5. Select Approval Tab and select the Time Approver for the user. Click on Update
Step 6. Select Employee Rates Page from System Administration. Click on New. Enter User Name, Employee Rate, Employee ID (Payroll ID), Company ID. Click on Update
Note: It is very important to enter the correct Employee ID from the Payroll and also the company ID
