      1. Added the following notes on the report:
        If the dates are not selected, the current date is used.
        The default for "week start" is Monday.
        If the "Date From" and "Date To" spans multiple weeks, the report will display each week as a section in the report.
        The code above the shift start and end time is the "shift code".

      2. Added * to "Date From" and "Date To" to indicate that date is required.
      3. Refactored report extraction procedure to improve performance. Report with a month date range takes approximately 20s to generate.
