Subject: Incorrect Rate when "Use Staff Rate" is "No" with Timesheet employees.
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in version 8009.

Steps to replicate.

  1. Create a gross pay code. Example AVALUE
  2. Set use Staff Rate as "No".
  3. Set the Value for the pay code as 5. Meaning $5.00 per hour.

  4. Create timesheet for an employee. Example E013.
  5. Insert the Pay Code in the timesheet for employee E013. Total hours as 8.

Create the pay of employee E003.

  1. The rate depicted for the hours from Timesheet is incorrect. The Rate is actually using Staff rate.  The rate populated is $186 (Staff Rate*5).
  2. However, if  weinsert the pay code directly on the pay edit screen then the rate is depicted as $5.00.

  1. Changed procedure LBS_ReCalcTimesheet_sp to correctly apply paycode rate when "use staff rate" is turned off.
