Subject: | Issues in the "Meeting Records" report |
Summary: | Below issues have been identified in the report: - The "Employee Status" filters show incorrect data
- Active and Leave - Does not populate employees on Leave
- Leave - Generates a blank report
- Inactive - Generates a blank report
- Terminated - Generates a blank report
- ALL - shows only "Active Employees"
- Territory, Branch and Cost Centre is not functional
- Employees E001 and E012 are added to meeting ID - 33
- Territory as below
- E001 - 1001
- E012 - 1003
- Generate the report for territory 1001. The report is generated and both employees are listed in it. Generate the report for territory 1003, the report is generated as blank.
The "Attendees" tab on the menu "499-1" has a dropdown for "Present" and "Absent". However, this is not reflected in the report. Using the reports users won't be able to know of the employees who attended the meeting. Include this detail in the report. Other corrections
The report shows the "Position" and "Emp Status" of the "Convenor" these details are not on the screen. The status of the "meeting" is not in the report.
