Subject: | Inconsistency with the username character length in LinkWeb and Backoffice. |
Summary: | 1. Explain the issue - Linkweb has restricted the username to 16 characters.
- However, the login form in Backoffice only allows usernames with 10 characters.
- Long character usernames created in LinkWeb does not allow login in BO.
2. Steps to reproduce - Create a new user in LINKWEB as "LaniaValentine".
- Navigate to BO login form.
- User can only enter "laniavalen" in username field.
- Login Fails

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 9.5 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Increased username length on login and backoffice fields to 16 characters
2. The issue was caused by: - inconsistency between web and backoffice username size.
3. Next Step - UAT
