Subject: Inconsistency with the username character length in LinkWeb and Backoffice.
Summary:    
1. Explain the issue
  1. Linkweb has restricted the username to 16 characters. 
  2. However, the login form in Backoffice only allows usernames with 10 characters.
  3. Long character usernames created in LinkWeb does not allow login in BO.

2. Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a new user in LINKWEB as "LaniaValentine".
  2. Navigate to BO login form.
  3. User can only enter "laniavalen" in username field.
  4. Login Fails

  1. Increased username length on login and backoffice fields to 16 characters

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. inconsistency between web and backoffice username size.
