1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Removed report "Call Analysis Report (Excel Output)". This report was initially designed to export into excel and it does not use the standard A4 paper size.
  2. Added "Show Data" functionality to "Call Analysis Report". Users using "Call Analysis Report (Excel Output)" can use the "Show Data" to get the same data in excel.
  3. Implemented standard report framework.
  4. Implemented full-text search for the search filter.
  5. When the SQL Server supports Full-Text Search, the report search is based on the following:
    1. Call Number
    2. Reference
    3. Subject
    4. Summary
    5. Comments
    6. Comment's Reference
  6. For SQL Servers that do not support Full-Text search, the search is based on the standard framework for report fields:
    1. Call Number
    2. Logged Date
    3. Logged By
    4. Logged By Organisation
    5. Category
    6. Priority
    7. Group
    8. Closed Date
    9. Closed By
    10. Assigned To
    11. Status
    12. Subject
    13. Alt Contact Num

    2. Replaced parameter Category, Priority and Group to display the description instead of ID.
    3. I have tested the report filters and it is working fine. I am unable to replicate your scenarios.
