Subject: Do not display "Created by" on the "Logged By Field" in Helpdesk.

Hi Team, 

This case has been verified in version 816.

  • On the "View All Calls" grid, all calls are listed.
  • The "Logged By" column  currently displays "Logged By/ Created By" users. Refer to Figure 1.

The "Logged By" column should only display "Logged By" user. 

The current format is not effective for call analysis as get more than one result  when filtering "Logged By' users.

The change has been tested on Link Internal helpdesk and is working as designed.
