Subject: View attachments for inactive employees
Summary:

When an employee becomes inactive, that record cannot be viewed in any of the screens except for in reports.

There are scenarios, where these staffs have attachments for example:
  • there training documents while there were active
  • educational qualifications
  • memo reports, etc

Due to the employee status of “Inactive”, their attachments are nowhere to be found unless and until the employee status is changed to “active” or “leave”.

Some clients require attachments to be viewed irrespective of the employee status. They justify this by saying, it’s for re-hiring purposes or recommendation purposes.

Kindly requesting if we can discuss this case and come up with a possible solution to viewing attachments of inactive staffs.

Regards
Aarti Gayaneshwar
