Subject: Issues in the "Performance Plan" report
Summary:    

The following issues have been identified

  1. The report name is not consistent with the report label.
  2. Not all plans are printed in the report For example,  record "PERP00007" is not printed.
  3. The "KPI" and "Measure" is printed 4 times in the report. This should show only 1 record. Refer to Figures 1 and 2.
  4. The "Goal" is not updated under the "Action Plan" in the report. Refer to Figures 1 and 2.
