We have tested the case internally.

The database has been upgraded to 8.2.9 as restored as CLIENT_LINKSOFT_PAFCO. This is restored on QA4

Hi Alvis,

This is an issue with both view Crystal and PDF.

    I have tested the case, reports are now generated without errors. Also, reports are generated in a timely manner. Refer to Table 1 for details.

    However, as requested in 6, can we get a patch for the client. The client is on version 8110.

      We will upgrade client from 8.11 to 930 once the version has been released as opposed to 8.29. Proceeding to closing this case as comment 12 has the details of test result in version 930.
