The case header should contain the above three items in a table similar to that shown below:
As you perform the tests, you should create a comment for each test and place all the details of the tests performed similar to that shown below. At the same time, you should update the case header STATUS field with the PASS/FAIL status and the reference which is the comment number for the test:
Once all tests are completed, you should assign the case to the developer to review and advise on the next step.
