Subject: Report Schedule unable to send emails
Summary:    
1. Problem Details

Report Scheduler not working as expected. I have setup 4 examples in QA4 on client DB CLIENT-INKSOFT933


2. Error Message (Include screenshot of error)
Email Select Script is invalid for this report. See event log

4. Relevant History Information

Scheduler is able to send only two report (Role Menu Access Report & Discount Report - Email received successfully)

The issue can be reproduced by performing the following:
1. Edit TC Deleted Items Report and set Next run date to few days back
2. Email log should be created after job has executed
3. No Log is created
4. Event Log has error message. "Email Select Script is invalid for this report."

The issue was caused by the report username configuration.

We have made the following changes to correct the issue:

  1. Removed the need for username when the report is not configured for username.
  2. Changed email data script to use report schedule email address when username is not specified.

the update will be in version 9.4

System test completed.

The following were done to verify:

  1. Created Report schedule for "Deleted Items Report"
  2. An entry in "Report Email Log" was created with the correct report data.
  3. Received email and confirm it is working.
