Hi Sanjay

Issue: Documents attached for  Leave Entry via ESS are not reflected on Leave Transaction menu in Back Office. 

In version 7.4, the above functionality was passed in case 6626. Attachments in ESS for leave was accessible on menu 328-3 and 445.

Development work for this case has been completed.
The change will be available in version: 9.4 Beta7

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Backoffice saves attachment with "Document Source" as "3165" (menu code). The attachment integration between backoffice and ESS was checking for menu code "445" (previously used menu code for leave transaction). We have changed the integration to use menu code "3165"

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Incorrect menu code was used to check for leave attachments in backoffice.

    Test Plan
    1. Create a sick leave entry for employee E003. Attach sick sheet in ESS. The attachment should be reflected on 316-5 - Pass
    2. Remove the attachment from ESS. The attachment should be removed from 316-5 - Pass
    3. The above has also been tested with annual leave and other leave types.
