Summary:    

Hi Sanjay,

The patient name repeated twice on "Customer Statement A4” report. One reads as “Patient” and the other one is ‘Patient Name”.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a customer:
  • Assign Insurance as "BSP"
  • Place in a policy number
  1. Make a prescription
  2. Process that prescription as Credit Sale under the insurance company’s name
  3. Generate the “Customer Statement A4” report

Kindly review this. Both the names are the same, therefore, should the report display both or one?
