Subject: Discrepancies in the "Leave History" report
Summary:    

Below improvements are required for the case

  1. Make the report name the same as the menu the description.
  2. Add word wrapping for the "Employee Name" section.
  3. The report does not give correct data for "Employee Status" filter
    1. "Inactive, Terminated and All" filters do not filter details of "Inactive and Terminated" employees.

Verify that data is correctly updated in the screen.

  • Create new employee E069 with a monthly payment for year 2018.
  • Add leaves AAL (160 hours), ASL, ABEAV and LWOP.
  • Process pay for January to March. Accural should be 13.33
  • Create a leave application in April - AAL - 8 hours, ABEAV - 4 hours, ASL - 8 hours.
  • Adjust the taken amount for AAL to increase by 3. Validate that the taken is 11 in the report.
  • Process pay for the whole year.
  • Perform year-end.
  • Validate that AAL has rolled over with a balance of 149.
  • Review data for 2018 and 2019 in the report.
