Subject: Configurations to prevent Receipt Paper to Cut - RP80 Printer
Summary:    

Transactions having a large number of items will print a lengthy receipt. This receipt is cut into parts when printed.

The below settings on the printer will prevent the above.

Note:

· This is the setting for the RP80 Receipt Printer.

· Configurations needs to be done in two places. “Preference” and “Advanced” setting.

Setting under Preference. Refer to Figure 1.

1. Go to Devices and Printer.

2. Locate the “RP80 Receipt Printer.”

3. Right-click on the printer and go to “Printer Properties”.

4. Click on the “Preference” button on the bottom of the form.

5. Go to the “Paper/Quality” tab.

6. Set the “Paper Source” to “Report Cut”. Save the details

Setting under Advanced. Refer to Figure 2.

1. Go to Devices and Printer

2. Locate the “RP80 Receipt Printer.”

3. Right-click on the printer and go to “Printer Properties”.

4. Go to “Advanced” tab on the form

5. Click on the “Printing Defaults” button on the bottom of the form.

6. Go to the “Paper/Quality” tab.

7. Set the “Paper Source” to “Report Cut”. Save the details
