| 1. Was this test completed using Demo / New / Other database? Demo 2. Did the test pass or fail? Failed 3. Tab order, spelling, alignment, font size consistency, screen size etc checked? N/A 4. Data verified, saved, edit, delete/void? N/A 5. Documentation update required?
Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): Hi Alvis, The SYS Log Email, Sys Alert Queue Process and Sys Send Email process did not run with a JIWA POS integration with replication. The process was started on Monday 22/05/2017 at around 2pm and it is still running. The backup of the database is placed in QA1 in C-Temp, file name "LINKSOFTCASE8532.bak" Regards Rashna |

| Hi Rashna, Since there is a large number of entries in the log table. We have added a data conversion to mark log entries as email sent for all entries prior to today. We assume that email alert was used prior to upgrade where the system would have sent daily alerts every day. Only new log entries will be picked up by the email alert to send. regards Alvis |

Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): Enabled processes, SYS Send Email, SYS Log Email and Sys Alert Queue process. Email log is sent with the log details . However, in the emails received , the color codes to differentiate "Validation, Information, error and health checks" are not consistent. Refer to image below. Error misses a line of color code randomly. Setup in QA1 with LINKSOFTHQ database. |

| Hi Rashna, This issue is caused by the CDO mail engine where the default character set was using 8bit encoding. I have changed the engine parameters to use 64bit encoding. I have tested the alert using CDO mail and there is no distortion of colors. regards Alvis |
