Meeting with Sanjay, Alvis and Sanjeet - Workshop to review improvements.

Improvements

1. Create a search panel for Employee (menu 321) - 5.5 cm wide
2. The search should have a FIND text box and a results pane.
3. The search panel is placed on the left hand side of the form
4. As you type in the FIND Text box, the results section should filter. 
5. The details section should only display when a line is selected on the search results
6. If the employee is changed, in the detail form, the search results should be un-selected
7. All Screen datawindow to be Cream in Color
8. All Button to be Custom Green in Color

Screens to improve existing search Mechanism:

1. Stock Counts entry: 523-3: Change "Search By" to have a a single text box that dynamically filters the results
2. Supplier Quote: 567 - Change search By similar to 1. above

Improve POPUP  search Screen and place a single text box with dynamic filter. E.g. Supplier Code search on 573

Below are the items that I have fixed. For Menu:

1. 524-1, 1st record should not be loaded as the screen is opened with the intention of user doing a new entry
2. 524-2 User should not be able to add product but rather should only be able to ship items mae in the request
3. 524-3 User need to ship the items in order to view in this menu

Dear Sanjeet,

As per the testing with Alvis yesterday from Menu 200- 332, the following issues were identified:

1. Menu 221-2 - Role Org Access, inside the pay teams button, the notes button cannot fit the word "notes" when its bold.
2. Menu 238 - Fund Companies, FUND ID search not working.
3. Menu 315-1 - the drop down text box which has straight line n cumulative is small. and there is no header.
4. Menu 315-2 - the name is populated after saving the record and the threshold has 4 decimal place.
5. Menu 321 - Payments tab needs realignment and there is inconsistency of fonts. The Employee/ employer contributions fields can be aligned like the other tabs.
6. Menu 331-8-1 - Create Schedule. When the check box selective is ticked, error msg "Expecting 3 retrieval arguments but got 2".
7. Menu 331-2 - by default the search is Employee ID, but when name is typed, it wont search and then changing it to name button (not removing the typed detail) still does not search.

Dear Sanjeet,

As per the payroll module:

1. Menu 331-2 - by default the search is Employee ID, but when name is typed, it wont search and then changing it to name button (not removing the typed detail) still does not search - separate case has been logged as Case: 7312.
2. Menu 315-2 - the name is populated after saving the record, the name should be populated once the user selects the state and moves to the next field.
3. Menu 323 - Notes button does not work.
