| Subject: | Incorrect description for code "FJSRL" on Employee Profile. |
| Summary: | Hi Sanjay, Case has been tested with 8150 Dev3. The "FJSRL" tax code loads incorrect description on the employee profile. Steps to Replicate. Refer to Figure 1 below. - On menu, 315-1, create the new code as "FJSRL", Description as "Social Responsibility Tax 2018" and effective date as "01/01/2018".
- Void the existing FJSRL Code. (Issue is the same, if we do not void the record)
- For Employee E035, set the new rate as 290000, Fixed Rate.
- FJSRL is automatically added to "Employee Profile" under "Additional Tax", however, the description is read from the voided code from 2013.

| Hi Rashna, Please change the tax setup description to be "Fiji Social Responsibility Levy Tax" for all "FJSRL" records. We have the effective date that you can use to distinguish the records. regards
