Request 1: Un-Subscription for Leave

GMI has requested for Leave email un-subscription. They would like an option that allows ESS administrators to choose which user wants to have Leave Management Notifications sent to them and who does not want them.

The reason for the request is that "Many managers opt not to get Leave notification emails as this bulks up their inbox as some Managers have over 100 employees reporting to them and the amount of leave applications made in a week is numerous.

Only some Managers with a small number of employees are opting for email notifications."

Request 2: Request to Improve YTD Listing Report Filters

GMF has requested additional filters in the YTD Listing Report. These are “Date From”, ”Date To" and  “Employee Status”. 

This report is used often by them and with these filters, data generation will be effective. Using the introduced filters, they will be able to get a report for a desired period of time that is, either for all employees or only active employees.

It's used for reporting purposes as there is no other report that gives data in this manner.

   1. Added unsubscribe option on the leave approval alert.
   2. Subscriptions can be managed on menus: "Global Administration -> My Account" or "Company Administration -> Email Subscriptions"
2. Request 2: Request to Improve YTD Listing Report Filters
   1. "YTD Listing Report" and "Employee Payment History" reports displaying the same data in a similar format. If we add a date range to "YTD Listing" then we cannot use "For Year" parameter. For this reason we have removed "YTD Listing Report" from the application.
   2. Changed "Employee Payment History" report to have:
      1. Added filters as defined:
         1. Date Range
         2. Company
         3. Employee Range
         4. Employee Status
         5. Pay Team
         6. Territory, Branch, Cost Centre
         7. Group by 1,2,3,4
      2. Changed report layout to merge "YTD listing" and "Employee payment history"

3. Affected Areas:

1. Leave approval alert - option to unsubscribe
2. Removed YTD Listing report
3. Changed Employee Payment History report.
