Subject: Customer email addresses are not updated when emailing "Customer Statements".
Summary:    

Tested in version 12.301221. Issue only in version 12.30

Steps 

  1. Set the configuration under "Report Maintenance" to send "Customer Statement" to each customer.
  2. Generate the statement using the below filters:
    1. Date - 22/12/2000 to 22/12/2020
    2. Customer - 0003 to 0004
  3. Email Report
    1. This opens a new form to select the customers to whom the email should be sent. However, the customer email addresses are blank

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed Report Email framework to replace "Company ID" even when the report interface does not have "company id" filter when extracting data for the "Email Data Grid"

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Customer Statement - Email Report

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Missing "Company ID" replacement when the report interface did not have company filter.
