Subject: Separate replication menus to tie with replication licence
Summary:    

When the licence for the Replication module is NOT issued:

  1. the menus for replication (servers, server connections, topology, etc) should not be visible
  2. Processes for replication should not be visible

This method is used for the Recruitment module and should be standardized.

  1. Changed menu and process rebuild scripts to tag the menu to "Replication" licence.
  2. when requesting for a licence, if the Replication is not licenced, then the access to replication menus are removed.

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Global Administration -> Request for Licence
  2. When Replication is not licenced, then the following areas will not show replication:
    1. Company Administration -> Processes
    2. Global Administration -> Menu Maintenance
    3. Global Administration -> Role Menu Access
