- Benefit Is Taxable (Tax Tab)
- Bank Account (Banking Tab)
- Commission % (General LedgerTab)
- Commission GL Code (General LedgerTab)
- Group GL Code (General LedgerTab)
- Incorrect
- Benefit Type - Options are "Cash" and "Tax Only".
- If type is set as "Cash" the report prints "Benefit Type" = C
- If type is set as "Tax Only" the report prints "Benefit Type" = N.
