Steps to Replicate

  1. Set employee E022 on timesheet.
  2. Create pay code "AUHRS" 
  3. Create a time entry for the employee.
    1. Use Activity as "Configuration".
    2. Set the "Payroll PayCode" as "AUHRS" for activity"Configuration"
  4. Approve time entry and create pay for the employee. Pay Type - "Normal Pay"
  5. No entries are created for the employee.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed the pay creation process to create pay for timesheet employees that do not have standard timesheet pay codes.
  2. Pay is created for timesheet employee as long as they have the following pay codes in the current pay:
    1. Standard Timesheet Pay codes: ANHRS, ADHLF, ADTIM, APHOL
    2. Leave Pay Codes
    3. Activity Type Payroll Paycodes

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Pay was not created for timesheet employees when they did not have standard timesheet pay codes.
