Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested this in 811.

The close, minimize and maximum options not accessible on 456 screen.

This is happening only on Windows 10 laptops with all resolutions.

This case has been successfully tested in Version 8120.00.BETA1 on my PC.  The following image shows that the screen fits on screen with 1366x768 resolution:
