Subject: Audit Data screen to give cumulative data
Summary:    

An audit Data Report is required as customer need to be able to Schedule this report. This request has come from Motibhai with the following comments:

  1. It was in PDF format and was not editable by users - Important for audit purposes
  2. They were scheduling the report to be sent to directors on a weekly basis 
    • Rate Change Audit
    • Staff Entry and Exit Audit
    • and a few other audits

Hi Sanjay,

Further to our discussion yesterday with Shalen and Naveen, they still insist on getting the old Audit report for the reasons below

  1. It was in PDF format and was not editable by users
  2. They were scheduling the report to be sent to directors on a weekly basis 
    • Rate Change Audit
    • Staff Entry and Exit Audit
    • and a few other audits
  3. The user had the ability to select the audit table range

  4. Color coding to easily identify what was changed

The issue with the current format.
  1. PDF export is not in a presentable format (Comparing to what was there before)
  2. Have to send multiple attachments in emails (Were using Schedule Report feature in V9) 
  3. Excel Export - is open for fraudulence
Please review and advice if we are going to restore this report?
