Subject: Issues changing quantity in POS when touch screen is enabled.
Summary:    

Hi Team, 

Users are currently facing issues changing quantity in POS when touch screen is enabled.

Steps to replicate

Scenario change quantity from 1 to 7 in POS

  1. Enable Touch Screen in POS.
  2. Load an item in POS. The current quantity is 1.
  3. Click on the quantity column to change the quantity.
  4. The Sale Quantity form opens.
  5. User has to clicks on the revised quantity field.
  6. The Number Pad opens. This has the current quantity in POS (1) already displayed on the number pad.
  7. If user types 7, it becomes 17.
  8. Users have to clear 1 and then type 7 to change quantity to 7.

Change
When the Number Pad opens leave it  blank so user can type the exact quantity without any hindrances.

Hi Alvis, 

Can you please attend to this case. This is not an issue when touch screen in off.

When touch is off, the quantity is highlighted on the revised field and user can directly put in the revised quanity.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. When the touch screen is opened on quantity field, the value is blank. This allows the user to click on a quantity and hit OK.
