Subject: Improvements to Prescription Processing and general form cleanup
Summary:    

Requirements:

  1. Remove Tab 2 on Instructions and have all instructions in the first tab
  2. Cleanup buttons and make color scheme consistent
  3. Align and tidy up controls

Test Plan

  1. Create a Prescription
  2. Set the Repeat as 5.
  3. Sell the Prescription
  4. Load the Prescription again
  5. Copy the Prescription. All lines that have repeat greater than 0 should be loaded only. Here the Repeat Number should be updated at "Save".
  6. The Repeat should be correctly printed on the Prescription Label
  7. If user copy's the record and does not save the record, the repeat number should not be changed.
  8. Users may be able to change and save the number.

Approved the following design

  1. Add "Issue Repeat" button that is enabled on an existing prescription. This button will copy an existing repeat, reduce the repeat count by 1. The content of the prescription should be read-only except for repeat count and price.
  2.  The print date should be the current date.
