Creating a "New Database" using the template "Blank Database" has EmailTFA enabled for User "Admin". When we log in, this sends an EmailTFA and we are not able to do any Setup.

This is only happening in version 15.00.231004.GA
Section C. The issue can be reproduced by performing the following steps: - Install version 15.00.231004.GA
- Open Link Database Tools
- Click "Create or Upgrade a LinkSOFT Database"
- Select "Create a New Database using template: Blank Database"
- Test Admin User login

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Corrected "New Build Script" to disable Email MFA for username "admin"
