Subject: Unable to view newly created organisations on "Organisation Maintenance" Screen
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in 811.

We are unable to create a new organisation on menu 211.

Steps To Replicate

  1. Enter all relevant data
  2. Tick "Allow Duplicate Pay"
  3. Save the record

Save is unsuccessful

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. The issue here is that the company is created successfully, however user does not have access to this new company. Access is currently assigned in menu "221-2 Role Organisation Access"
  2. We have changed the process so that when a new company is created, the user access is automatically assigned so that the new company record is visible to the user.

Test Plan

  1. Create a New Organisation as 1003 - Pass
  2. Enter notes , Notes button should highlight - Pass
  3. Upload Logo, logo should appear on reports - Pass
  4. Help files works on the menu - Pass
  5. Can void record - Pass

Note, the new organisation will be assigned to the role of the user who has created the organisation.

Example, company 1003 was created by user Manager. Manager has role as admin. Under "Role Organisation Access", 1003 is auto created under admin.
