| Summary: | Steps to Replicate - Login into Demo database with Username: Sanjay and PW: Sanjay.
- Generate an appraisal for employee E015.
- Navigate to the "Maintain Appraisals" menu.
- Load the appraisal.
- For the "Appraised By" field the lookup field is updated with ID "Sanjay" since the appraisal was generated with his account but the description is not updated.
Verified in version 10.2 Figure 1: Maintain Appraisal.

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 10.2 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Changed "Generate Appraisal" process to have the "Appraised By" as blank.
2. The issue was caused by: - Logged in user name was populated as "Appraised By" which is incorrect.
3. Next Step: - UAT
4. Notes: - "Appraised By" is an employee who performs the appraisal.
