| Summary: | Hi Rashna , This case has been tested Version 8.2 On menu 471-1-3 KPI Group, I can successfully type 20 characters for the KPI code. However, the system does not allow me to add a description to this code or save it.  .png)
The KPI codes maintained on menu 471-1-3 is used in menu 471-1-4 Appraisal Templates. Tables Affected KPI Groups - dbo.HR_PERF_KPI_GROUP Appraisal Types - dbo.HR_PERF_APPR_TYPE KPI Group Tagged with an Appraisal Type - dbo.HR_PERF_APPR_TYPE_KPI Solution For all codes, the character size should be standard of 32 characters to maintain consistency. The following menus are affected

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 9.5 beta 3 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Changed database code fields size to be consistent to 50 characters
- The application still limits this to 12 characters as changes require all screens to be changed which would take another 6 months to complete. If there is any particular screen that you need to be changed then log a new case.
