Subject: FMIS Integration queue does not open for large volume transactions
Summary:    
1. Problem Details

XXXXX Supermarket's database is set up on QA4 and POS-Web is hosted.

The integration has been enabled, however, the FMIS Integration Queue always times out.

Timeout duration has been more than 48 hours on XXXXX's machine.

3. Environment Details
Server Name:  QA4
Database name: CLIENT-XXXXX-LINKSOFT
JIWA Database name: CLIENT-XXXXX-JIWA
POS-WEB Address http://localhost/POS-XXXXX/ 


4. Relevant History Information

The issue can be reproduced by performing the following:
  1. Login to POS-Web
  2. Navigate to Point of Sale -> FMIS Integration Queue
  3. The screen times out

    Verified the following:

    1. Upgraded extra supermarket database to version 9.4.1.0 beta 2
    2. Opened POS FMIS integration Queue - Pass
    3. Opened AR sales order  View - pass

    Hi Alvis, 

    Extra Supermarket was not upgraded. Error existed while upgrading.

    Error: See the attached error log.

    Hi Rashna,

    The error log it seems that the Extra supermarket database has orphan entries in the Kit items table. Data for these entries need to be corrected before upgrading.

    You can use the query before to identify these entries.

    select * FROM LBS_KIT_ITEM WHERE PART_NO not in (Select PART_NO from lbs_inventory)
