Subject: Cleanup unused temporary objects created by LinkSOFT
Summary:    

LinkSOFT creates temporary objects which need to be removed on a regular basis.

Proposed improvements as follows:

  1. Create a nightly job that runs once a day. Default 10pm
  2. cleanup contents/attachments folder. Default > 1 day old
  3. Cleanup Jobs for databases that have been deleted by the user

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:12.0.1009

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added a scheduled task that is enabled whenever "Web Scheduler" or the process scheduler is enabled 
  2. The task is set to delete the "\App_Data\Attachments\ " and "\Content\Attachments\" folder contents where the file was accessed > 1 day ago

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Scheduled Taska - Enable Web Scheduler or Enable Windows Scheduler

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Improvement

: Alvis - Review Process Maintenance procedure and include any cleanup activity required
