Discussion with Rashna: The requirement is to use the "Registered Name" instead of the "Trading Name" as we issue licences based on the Legal Name instead of the Trading Name. An example if Reddy Group who have multiple branches. Our licence is to the Registered Name.

Hi Sanjay

The company name under "Licence Registration" loads all company records with the company code. This does not provide value as the company details are not updated after making a selection.

Next Step

  1. Sanjay to update the case with changes made
  2. Rashna to re-test case in 11.2

Hi Rashna, I have changed the "Registered Name" lookup to use the "distinct" "Registered Name" from the list of companies.

The change will be available on build 11.0.2
