Reversal of leave accrued due to bonus payout

Summary:

In order to make adjustments to employee’s leave users need to use the following steps

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Open screen 328-5 leave adjustment

Step 2. Select accrual check box for the adjustment method

Step 3. Select the employee whose leave has accrued due to bonus payout

Step 4. Select the appropriate leave code for which leave has accrued due to bonus payout

Step 5. Enter the quantity which has accrued due to bonus payout for the selected leave code

Step 6. Click on decrease check box

Step 7. Click on Adjust

Repeat the above steps if there is more than one employee whose leave has accrued or if other leave codes were accrued as well.
